Return/Exchange Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Starting from April 15, 2024, Ola And ʻŌlelo will accept returns for shop credit only. All sales prior to this date are considered final.

 

Unfortunately, due to the production process of our products, we cannot offer exchanges for any reason. However, we may still be able to assist you.

Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you make a sizing mistake to your order. Once we place the order we can not replace it. However, we may be able to assist in other ways. Please reach out to us so we can do our best to assist you.

We prioritize your satisfaction. If you receive a defective item, please inform us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll swiftly replace it at no cost. Should a replacement be unavailable, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution.

Due to our manufacturing partners different policies, some products may require only a photo of defects for return initiation, while others may need the defective item returned. Contact us within seven days of receipt for personalized assistance and guidance on starting your return or exchange.

Please note that we will not refund shipping costs.

  • Any items purchased on sale, with a discount code or through a promotion are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • We do not offer price adjustments after an order is placed.

      To start the return of an item,

      1. To begin a return, please email puanani@olaandolelo.com with your order number in the subject line and provide a brief explanation for the return. Kindly attach a photo of the defective product to your email.

      2. If your item requires physical return, carefully package it and send it back within 7 days of receiving it (according to tracking). Please include your name, email address, order number, and reason for return inside the package. We recommend insuring your shipment and retaining your tracking number. Ship the defective product to the return address specified on its original packaging.

      3. If physical return is not necessary, the attached photo in your initial email will be sufficient.

      4. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Store credit (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to the email address associated with your order.

      Please note that Ola and ʻŌlelo, LLC is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges.

      Returned items must be in perfect, brand new condition with tags in place, unworn and unsoiled. Items that have been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered, missing tags, or not in brand new condition will be returned to the purchaser, and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.
