Please Note, Our Current Processing Time for Orders is 5-7 Business Days.
Once you have placed an order, it may take up to 5-7 business days for us to process it. However, we always strive to process orders as quickly as possible and sometimes may be able to get them out sooner.
Before checking out, please make sure to double-check your address for accuracy. If you notice that you have made an error, please let us know as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email.
If we have not yet processed your order, please reach out to us as we may be able to update it on our end.
Please keep in mind that we may or may not combine orders placed separately. Due to the production methods, each order may be processed and shipped separately. This may result in varying shipping prices.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days within the US and 3-7 days within Hawaii. International and APO orders may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. However, please refer to the estimated delivery date given upon your checkout for more accurate arrival dates.
Please allow for extra time during holidays or peak seasons.
International orders ship via USPS, with shipping costs varying by class, country and order weight. This amount is calculated at checkout. International orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Returned & Lost Packages
Ola and ʻŌlelo LLC is not liable for packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address.
If a package is returned, store credit will be issued for the value of the order minus shipping costs. This credit will be sent to the email on file within 7 business days of the package returning to our warehouse. The store credit can be used for future orders.
In addition, Ola and ʻŌlelo LLC cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damages once an item has left the possession of our manufacturing partners and is with the nominated mail carrier.
After an item has left the possession of our partners and is in the hands of the mail carrier, we are only able to track the package using the provided tracking number. We recognize the frustration and inconvenience of missing packages and are eager to help you take steps towards locating your package. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
